West Chester, PA

West Chester is a borough in the heart of Chester County and also serves as the county seat. The downtown area is frequently bustling with activity, due to the thriving restaurant and bar scene and proximity to West Chester University. Popular events that draw people from all over the area include the annual Halloween parade, the Turks Head Music Festival, and Chester County Restaurant Week. The broader West Chester area also offers a more rural setting with tree-lined streets and loads of charming homes. TV shopping network QVC was founded here and still keeps its corporate headquarters and filming studios here. One of Debbie’s favorites is an early summer evening on the rooftop deck at Más Mexicali Cantina right in the heart of the borough, the perfect spot to enjoy a grilled shrimp taco and an El Diablo margarita!
