Originally from Hunt Valley, Maryland, Debbie relocated to the Philadelphia area to attend Saint Joseph’s University, where she earned a degree in Psychology. Her educational background, combined with years of professional experience, has shaped her ability to connect with people, communicate effectively, and understand the unique needs and motivations of every client she serves.

Debbie is known for her calm, approachable demeanor and her ability to find creative solutions to challenges that may arise during a transaction. Whether working with first-time home buyers, growing families, downsizing homeowners, or real estate investors, she takes pride in guiding clients through every step of the process with honesty, professionalism, and care.

Together with her husband and business partner, Carmine Rauso, Debbie provides a relationship-driven approach built on trust, accessibility, and exceptional customer service. Outside of real estate, Debbie enjoys traveling, cooking, bike riding, and spending quality time with Carmine, their three boys, and their Weimaraner. Her passion for helping people, paired with her strong communication skills and dedication to service, continues to make her a trusted resource for buyers and sellers across Pennsylvania.
