Malvern, PA

Malvern is located in scenic Chester County, west of Philadelphia. Public transportation via train, bus, or car makes for a short commute into the city. According to A Century in Malvern, Malvern Historical Commission, “Malvern Borough has a mix of residential styles and neighborhoods, retail and industrial businesses, dedicated open land, and numerous civic, cultural, and religious organizations”. Some notable things about the area include the Historic Paoli Battle from the Revolutionary War, Great Valley Corporate Center, and the local Farmer’s Market. Make sure to check out the General Warren, an iconic restaurant located in a historic 1745 inn, or the rustic taproom at Locust Lane Craft Brewery. One of Debbie’s favorite places in Malvern is Historic Sugartown, which is a preserved 19th-century village that hosts family events throughout the year. The whole family can enjoy the Chester Valley Trail, running from King of Prussia to Exton, which offers miles of paved paths for scenic walks or bike rides.
